2. Booking & Scheduling

Clients must provide accurate contact details and service requirements. Appointments are confirmed based on technician availability. Same-day service is not guaranteed.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved digital payment methods.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee.

5. Warranty & Liability

We offer a limited warranty on workmanship for up to 7 days post-service. Al Jabal Al Abaid is not liable for pre-existing damage or misuse of repaired items.
